I never write reviews but I felt compelled to write one for Locksmith & Key Shop. And while I might just be adding on to the humongous pile of praises and appreciation they’ve already received, it’s only right to share my incredible experience with them. I needed a spare key. I know that a local hardware shop could have helped me with it, but the only problem was, it was 10:30 pm and all the shops were shut. I had to leave town urgently the next morning and I needed a spare to hand out to my neighbor to let the maintenance workers in. Literally, every 24-hour locksmith I called seemed to either deny service, or didn’t pick up my call – that is, every locksmith but Locksmith & Key Shop! Dave arrived in less than 15 minutes and being a complete pro, he handed out the copy key in minutes. Locksmith & Key Shop has redefined the levels of customer service. I took the time to check out their website https://www.Elmsford.Locksmith-Key-Shop.com later – and found that they do much more than key cutting. Definitely calling them again!!! FIVE STARS!!! Locksmith & Key Shop deserves nothing less! After a lockout spelled disaster at my office, David arrived promptly to bring the situation under control. Access was regained within 15 minutes. I owe it to David for rushing to my place at such short notice. I would have lost a lot of business that day, if it weren’t for him. Highly-recommend! Now that I’ve experienced their services first-hand, I can only add on to the pile of positive reviews for Locksmith & Key Shop! They’re super efficient at their job! Even when I kept shifting my schedules around, they kept following up with me and didn’t even impose a fee for the two times they got to my place on time, but I wasn’t there! They aren’t one among the money-minting locksmith companies that have mushroomed in Elmsford, NY! Hats off to the team at Locksmith & Key Shop for doing an excellent job!
