State Locksmith Services offered me same day service which easily matched my needs. The technician, Dave, arrived fully prepared on location. I had actually called him in for a lock repair and when I asked him about a possible upgrade, he was prepared for that too.If the need arises, I would definitely use this firm again. State Locksmith Services was awesome. I called to get a lock rekeyed and they were able to get to my office and do the job within 2 hours....even in the snow! They were very professional and everything was explained and double checked to make sure it was done the right way.

WOW! I don't know what else to say. I called State Locksmith Services on Wednesday and he gave me a great breakdown of what I was looking for, which is was a deadbolt installation. He was very informative and helpful. I called him again on Friday to set up a time and he made time in his schedule for a Saturday installation, in less than 24 hrs! The install was fast and he was super friendly and professional. Dave is quite personable and I really enjoyed having such a nice person to coordinate with. If you need a lock install, you can't do better. I honestly would say that working with State Locksmith Services has been my most pleasant interaction with a service company in Flossmoor , IL EVER!!
