Premium knitting products plus quality new and used books. The result… the perfect place to shop, to knit, to relax. Located in a 1870s farmhouse, A Great Yarn has a whimsical feel, with a secret door, an interior window, a re-purposed library card catalogue overflowing with antique and modern buttons, and window seats that encourage customers to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea while perusing the latest summer read. The location is a short, ten-minute walk from downtown Chatham.
