The key fob wouldn’t work and I couldn’t figure out why. I might’ve dropped it a couple of times, and I believed that it had finally started to show. I enquired in a couple of places in Woodbury and almost everyone told me that I needed a replacement – all except for Master Lock & Key Store. Kevin agreed to come have a look at the fob and attempt to fix it, which he did. It barely took him 5 minutes to fix the loose wiring and get it working again. Thanks for getting the job done in the most cost-effective manner! Hire them for honest and affordable service. Highly recommend it!

A locksmith I hired from the nearby store damaged the door so badly while trying to bust the door open that I thought I would have to replace the door entirely. Master Lock & Key Store suggested that a metal reinforced plate could be used to secure the door without spending on a brand new one. Eric went out of his length to make sure the colors on the plate and the door matched. He was done in less than 20 minutes… Highly impressed by their service! Can’t recommend them enough! My wife lost the key and fob to my car. This was the 4th business I called to get a quote to come out and reprogram a key and key fob. Dave came out within 45 minutes of my call. He quickly got to work and asked if I wanted the key fob as well and showed me the same type I had before. The whole service was about half of what the 3 other places quoted me. I hope that I don't need this service again but if I do, this is who I will be using Master Lock & Key Store in Woodbury, NJ
