I found an exact piece from a big name, high end brand for half the price on their site. I ordered and immediately got an email confirmation. Amanda, one of the customer services reps was very quick to reply anytime I reached out. I would definitely order from HCC again.

HCC customer service, has been exceptional. From placing the original order, all the way through delivery, I couldn't have asked for a more pleasurable experience. Not only did they sell the exact furniture pieces I was looking for and sell them at the lowest prices that I would find anywhere, from the local furniture retail stores, all the way through all the discount online furniture dealers, they also followed that up with absolutely awesome customer service. HCC will be my "Go To" furniture dealer from this point on. So happy I found them!!

Fabulous experience! Easy to use website, email updates on order, super fast delivery (no delay even with winter storms!), excellent packaging, even better quality than I expected.
