I contacted HomeCinemaCenter and spoke with a customer service representative (Kelly). She was very knowledgeable about the product I was inquiring about and very helpful. I placed my order by phone and it arrived in less than a week. The table set is beautiful and I'm very happy with the entire experience!

These Catnapper recliners from homecinemacenter.com exceeded all of my expectations! The quality construction has the imports beat, hands-down. I chose a couple of the larkin power chairs. Delivery was early; assembly was not needed and two well-packed pieces. The price was better than the local stores I checked out, and the value over imports was unbeatable. Home Cinema Center was very helpful in answering my questions ahead of time, making it easy to do so and delivering answers quickly. Thanks!

HCC customer service, has been exceptional. From placing the original order, all the way through delivery, I couldn't have asked for a more pleasurable experience. Not only did they sell the exact furniture pieces I was looking for and sell them at the lowest prices that I would find anywhere, from the local furniture retail stores, all the way through all the discount online furniture dealers, they also followed that up with absolutely awesome customer service. HCC will be my "Go To" furniture dealer from this point on. So happy I found them!!

Fabulous experience! Easy to use website, email updates on order, super fast delivery (no delay even with winter storms!), excellent packaging, even better quality than I expected. I even had a question about what I ordered and called customer service - got a real person after only 20 seconds who was perfectly helpful. Definitely recommend HomeCinemaCenter!

HCC was AMAZING! They helped me delay the delivery on my furniture until I moved into my new apartment while still allowing me to take advantage of the sale pricing. Everyone I spoke with was professional and incredibly kind. My bedroom set, chest and nightstand arrived today and I could not be more thrilled. It's beautiful!!

These guys did a great job answering all of my many questions I had before, during and after my purchase. They kept me informed as I had knowing ordered many pieces of furniture for my entire home, but Drichsen continued to keep me up to date in terms of daily ship times and carriers. Great communication and all around team. Everything was received in record time, setup in my home and looks amazing. All of oour family and friends have been amazed at the quality of workmanship in the pieces. Would definitely purchase from them again!
