I found an exact piece from a big name, high end brand for half the price on their site. I ordered and immediately got an email confirmation. Amanda, one of the customer services reps was very quick to reply anytime I reached out. I would definitely order from HCC again.

HCC customer service, has been exceptional. From placing the original order, all the way through delivery, I couldn't have asked for a more pleasurable experience. Not only did they sell the exact furniture pieces I was looking for and sell them at the lowest prices that I would find anywhere, from the local furniture retail stores, all the way through all the discount online furniture dealers, they also followed that up with absolutely awesome customer service. HCC was AMAZING! They helped me delay the delivery on my furniture until I moved into my new apartment while still allowing me to take advantage of the sale pricing. I love Home Cinema! We ordered our Catnapper sofa from here last year and unfortunately a tree fell on our house during one of the hurricanes and we had to get a new sofa and of course went with HCC again! Exceptional customer service! Theh Jackson sectionals are to die for! Faster and cheaper to buy from HomeCinemaCenter than any local store.
