A hectic day at work later, I found myself confronting a stubborn lock that refused to unlock. The years of persistent usage had finally started to show. The worst part was that it was now half past ten and any chances of seeking help from a locksmith were slim. Thankfully, my neighbor who witnessed the entire event passed on this number 941-564-3370 to me. I called them up and was immediately connected with a friendly dispatcher who assured to send help within fifteen minutes. Sure enough, a van from Galaxy Locksmith Store pulled up on the driveway well ahead of the estimated time. Eric unlocked the door and managed to fix the troublesome lock in no time. He advised me against using the lock for long, since it was way past its life cycle and needed a replacement. I’m calling Eric the next week to get that lock replaced and am meanwhile writing this review to let everyone know just how awesome the team at Galaxy Locksmith Store is! I highly recommend them to all in Ellenton, FL 34222..

With one call, I had someone at my door in under 35 minutes, even though our issue was not an emergency. He was friendly, expedient and I never once felt uncomfortable having him in my home.
