I needed some points and cables relocated in my unit which has solid walls and no roof access. Byrd Electric Services was friendly and cheerful, and very clearly passionate about their work. They provided me with many options and were very considerate of cost and aesthetics.

We called Byrd Electric Services last week because some lights and appliances in the house have been flickering or turning themselves off randomly for very short periods every few days. A most annoying and baffling situation. He did all he could to trace the source, including checking the power switchboard and adjusted what he could within the house.He and we can't yet be sure the problem is fixed but if it occurs again this will indicate the origin lies outside our property and the power company will need to deal with it. He has offered to speak with them if necessary.He was so interested in the outcome that he has asked us to inform what happens even if the lights no longer flicker!While making his call we asked him to replace a broken light switch in the kitchen and to install a new light outside the front door. He did these tasks with his customary good humour and helpfulness.
