My mom Talked to some of your people 2 months ago. They told her she had 3 days to cancel with you and it would not cost her anything, however, your company went on and cashed the check which my sister wrote to you and so far, my mom has not gotten her money back and she had to pay my sister back as well, so right now, my mom is out double the money. Can you explain this ? Can you help us get our money back, then maybe we can write a good review,until then, I will continue to post here and let other people know how you have treated my mom so far. She has called your company on numerous occasions and so far, even after 2 months, you still have not given her a straight answer, even though she speaks to the same person each time she calls. I have not gone so far as to post this on my facebook page ...yet, but I will soon if you cannot fix it. Her check should not have been cashed until after the 3 days was up. But you cashed it anyway and you have now had her money for over 2 months. Not really a good way to run a business , is it? Can we please resolve this before I decide to take the next step?
