Worth ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The installation of the medium sized VHF/UHF antenna on my home was done very professionally and with great detail. L. J. called as he was departing. He arrived on time. After the formalities, we immediately began by touring the interior of my home. Rooms which needed an antenna port were identified, the existing outlets were looked at carefully, and the existing cabling was discussed and verified by crawling up and into the attic, attic above garage, and HVAC utility room. The exterior review of my home followed and the best location for the antenna was determined by taking into account the surrounding terrain, neighboring house elevations, and the obstacles created by my home’s radiant barrier. L. J. even did a RF meter diagnostic to confirm signal strength at the desired antenna location. L. J. was very polite, respectful, and professional in his interaction with my wife and I. He did not mind my questions regarding the installation and I even accompanied him on the rooftop during the installation and meter diagnostic. He gave me advice about antenna installation in general and we talked specifically about the interior location of my antenna splitter and future expansions. L. J. was very easy to talk to and easy to get along with. The work was very well done and he cleaned up afterwards, which we very much appreciated. I think people have had bad experiences with poor installation and worry that a storm is going to damage the antenna and/or their roof. You know with all the “excitement” from all this bad weather, I was afraid that it would not hold up but it did! Even during the bad weather the reception was great!
