Being quite the skeptic, the ton of reviews Universal Locksmith Store had received did nothing to convince me of their great service. I had to try it to believe it – which I did. Unbelievably, the skeptic in me couldn’t find a single flaw in their service delivery. From the way they handled my call to final completion of the task, the professional touch was evident everywhere. Will I call them again? Definitely! They’re the best in Cresskill, NJ, no doubt! Needed new keys to hand out to the maid and called Universal Locksmith Store up! The dispatcher was ever so polite, asked a couple of questions and gave me price over the phone! That was great! After the job was done, a part of me felt that they were probably gonna add up absurd charges to the price they quoted over phone, but surprisingly, they didn’t! I wasn’t charged a penny more, despite the fact that I’d called them up way after regular business hours…. And that’s why, their number 201-518-7543 is going down on my contacts! Five stars for their service! Keep up the good work guys!!!

Boy am I glad my fiance found Universal Locksmith Store online. We just moved to Cresskill, NJ and need to get a new lock for our place. So we scheduled an appointment on Saturday with Jeffy. He shows up on time asked us to pick a lock we want and starts working on it. Everything went smoothly and he finishes within 30 mins. Right after, we went out. Come 1 o'clock in the morning we come back home and we can not open the door. Called Jaffrey and did a quick Q&A then said he would be on his way. Come 20 mins later he's in Cresskill, NJ to work on my lock. He finally got in, and finds out that the the key frame on the door was a hack job that's why it was interfering with the lock. So he grind it down for us and tried to make as little noise as possible to be considerate to our neighbors. After a good hour of work, he finally fixed the problem and he apologized to us that this situation happened (which wasn't his fault) and just walked away! Didn't even ask for any money. That's the type of service Jeffry provides. It was a very good experience, Jeffry is extremely polite, and the prices were very reasonable too.
