We help small to medium sized businesses in their quest to source skilled professionals at a fraction of the cost of employing such resources locally. With the world’s leading SMEs becoming increasingly concerned with keeping their overheads as low as possible, while still expanding their operations overseas, Global Employees, a subsidiary of Softel Infosystem Pvt. Ltd, seized the opportunity to offer SMEs the chance to benefit from outsourcing, without the need to worry about the associated infrastructure, operations, HR and technical support costs. In short, we decided to make it our mission to make the dream of establishing a truly global enterprise an affordable reality for our SME clients. And with our clients retaining full control over their new employees, instead of allowing any meddling from an outsourcing partner, we dedicate ourselves to ensuring that the work produced by your new remote employee is of the highest quality and meets your requirements to the letter. Driven by the desire to deliver market leading customer satisfaction, Global Employees persistently endeavours to exceed the expectations of our clients, setting the benchmark for excellence within the outsourcing industry.
