Early Childhood Learning Center, Daycare, Preschool, and After School Childcare Over the Rainbow has been caring for and educating children for over fifteen years. Our goal is to support children’s desire to be life-long learners. We provide a safe, developmentally appropriate environment for your little learners, with stimulating early care and an education experience that promotes your child’s social/emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
