Lousy business. Owner is a scam artist and a crook. He sells defective repair parts on eBay and refuses returns and refunds even though it states that he give a 14 return policy for any reason. I do know what I am talking about as I am a TV tech with 35 years of experience. You would be better off buying a new TV then using his repair service.
