Stopped by a couple of hardware stores asking them to replicate a key I had. Turns out, it was a high security key and apparently they did not have the key blanks and the tools needed to carve it. I desperately needed a key copy, and was contemplating changing the lock if I didn’t find someone to get the job done. But it didn’t come to that – because I found https://www.Weymouth.Baldwin-Locksmith-Store.com. After I sent them a snap of my key, Baldwin Locksmith Store confirmed that they could make the copy. That’s what I call a true professional locksmith! Keep up the good work in Weymouth, MA 02188 guys! Five stars!!

I just moved into a new apartment and needed a new lock. I called Baldwin Locksmith Store on saturday and tech came by Sunday morning. He did the job fast and was courteous and professional. I'd like to write this review, not for services rendered; but, rather for excellent customer service, which we all know is a rarity these days. I spoke with Paul extensively about replacing a lock, and even exchanged picture messages (upon his suggestion) so that he could better assess my situation. He not only educated me on the different types of locks/security devices; but, also offered to walk me through the purchase and replacement, which he suggested I do myself. Wait, what? A business owner who encourages a DIY project, so that I can keep some money in my pocket? Courtesy, professionalism and expertise all wrapped in one. Yeah, he has this field on lock. I'll always call Baldwin Locksmith Store first, in future endeavors!
