Just took a newer car I bought to get an oil change and tire rotation here. I spoke to the owner, Garth. He said there were three cars ahead of me and it would be about three hours. I said that works, because I can leave it and pick it up in four or five hours. For some reason, he got really rude with me and said he couldn't give a guarantee on when I can pick it up. This was very confusing because he quoted three hours. I agreed and asked if he could apply a coupon for $10 off a hundred dollar synthetic oil change. This made Garth really mad and he started to get really rude with me. Garth has been rude to me in the past but I gave him another chance and he has been good since. Not sure if he was having a bad day but I was really taken back at how terrible the customer service was here and did not appreciate Garth telling me to take my 3 or 4 cars, that I have him work on, to another place. Still scratching my head at how rude Garth is/was when all I was trying to do was give him my business. Definitely recommend taking your cars else where for tires, oil change, and mechanic work. Don't risk a "run in" with Garth like I did today.
