NO LICENSE CHECK BBB I googled places to get an alignment and this place pulled up. They also have a large banner on the side of the building that says "alignment"; this however, is a lie. I took my car in for an alignment and let them know that I myself had just changed out the strut mount and strut boot and they said $70 cash only. So I went to an ATM, got my alignment, and took off for Bakersfield (250 mile drive each way). When I got there, I knew something was wrong. I called them and they said bring it in. So I brought it back which was another mistake. They acted as if one brother did not speak English, and was inconvenienced to have to sit in my car and listen to the crazy noises it was making. I recorded several points throughout the day and took several pictures. They had me sit up there for hours, with no intention of helping me and when I faunally got frustrated they said "We did you a favor! You should be happy!" How is taking my money and not doing anything/making the problem worse a favor!? Sounds more like robbery to me! He also told me that I was scam because I had so much time to waste up here. I was told by the neighbor "they probably need some more experience in that area" he also told me that most alignments come with a result paper which the guy refused to give me and continued to laugh at me making snide comments in Spanish. This man who was running the show that day also made the mistake of telling me that they don't really do alignments. Then why did you try and fail to align my car, not tell me this and take my money!!!! After several hours another customer was the one to tell me I was wasting my time waiting up there for them to do something! DISGUSTING! After filing with BAR I discovered that they don't even have a license! Joel Chiroque REFUSED to refund my $75 and offered only half! What an idiot, a transaction that there was no proof of he admitted to and refused to appease the customer still! Forcing me to sue him (which I am sure will be no easy feat!)
