When my car stalled suddenly by the side of the road, no one came to my rescue – not even the towing service. Apparently, I was off city limits! I grew frustrated beyond reason and it took great strength for me to calm down and find a rational solution. I looked up on the web for a 24 hour locksmith and found https://www.Malverne.Lock-Key-Shop.com. I called a few other firms as well, unsure which one was going to respond to me first! The technicians from Lock & Key Shop reached me in about ten minutes and carried out the necessary repairs on the ignition. I wasn’t even charged extra for the roadside service. And by the way, the other locksmiths I’d hired never showed up or called. Glad I found Lock & Key Shop! They’re number 1 in Malverne, NY. Highly recommend them!

Having locked myself out of my place on an icy cold night, I was ecstatic to hear that they could come rescue me in 20 minutes!! John came promptly and had me in in no time. My dogs were happy to see me!!! Apparently, John works with his brother. Very personable, professional and funny! Highly recommend them. Since I rely on these referrals, I make sure to leave a comment when I'm super happy. John, thank you for coming right away, getting me in and reuniting me with my puppies!

I called Lock & Key Shop based on the reviews I read here. I emailed to the company first, but he didn't see my email, so I called. They was very nice. He apologized for not seeing the email, and they asked me to give him the information and send pictures of my locks by email. I wanted to change a lock in the apartment I have just moved into. I wasn't in a hurry, so we fixed an appointment, and on the day we had said, he came on time, was very nice, changed one of the locks for a good price and was just very professional and nice. I will definitely call him again if I have any problem or if I need a new lock, Lock & Key Shop is the company to use.
