David was so understanding! When I couldn’t make it on time back home, he waited for over an hour and left only after making sure everything I needed was sorted out. I don’t think any other locksmith would have been so patient, but then Amber Locksmith Store has always been different. I’ve been associated with them for three years now and every time they’ve proved how much their customers matter to them. Hiring the technician from the local hardware shop was a huge mistake. He didn’t know what he was doing and ended up damaging my door when he was supposed to be fixing it. Thankfully, Amber Locksmith Store came to my rescue and managed to clear up the mess made in no time. The charges? Lesser than that charged by the hardware store. And the result? After breaking a key in my front door I called Amber Locksmith Store. The technician showed up promptly, removed the key and adjusted the lock to prevent future issues. The rate was very reasonable and much less than competitors. I highly recommend Amber Locksmith Store.
