Our service prices are clearly stated upfront and in writing. For repairs, a diagnosis, repair plan, and estimate will be provided to you before we begin work. Our technician will come to your location and perform the work there, if possible. If not, he will pick up your desktop or laptop, repair or service it, and return it to you within 3-5 business days (unless exceptional circumstances exist).
