It was one of those unexpected moments – I’d just stepped out of my apartment to pick up the newspaper and milk when a gust of wind slammed the door shut. Standing in my PJs, I felt utterly embarrassed. I didn’t even have my phone with me to call for help. Thankfully, Jess, my neighbor, checked in on me and called up Baldwin Locksmith Store. Barely ten minutes had passed, David had arrived and worked his locksmithing magic on my lock – and it opened a few seconds later. He was kind enough to alter the lock so it didn’t happen again. Great service! And the best part was the prices – it cost me next to nothing. I called Baldwin Locksmith Store and left a message, which was promptly returned by Paul, who was professional, polite and thorough in explaining who was going to be coming to my home. (A solace to a woman). The locksmith arrived on time, and he was exquisitely precise and neat. He explained what he was doing each step of the way. He spread paper to catch the drill shavings and cleaned up afterwards. He gave me some safety tips before he left. Come to think of it, I should have married him. Thanks Baldwin Locksmith Store ! The man has glowing reviews for a reason - because his service is professional, efficient & on-top-of-it. This was one of the only sites that quotes prices upfront - check. Dan presented options w/ no pressure - check. He does the job w/ a smile & a sense of humor - check. The service is top notch & that's what what matters the most. I will recommend Baldwin Locksmith Store to anyone and everyone. Dan has a wide range of locks and will explain the differences in price points and features -- it's up to you to pick the one you want. I ended up with the deadbolt for the simple fact that I can take it with me.
