Over priced. Terrible work. Please don't waste money on this man and his workers. He said he won't work for anyone until he completes the job at your place but he was working at other properties while i kept paying him to finish my job. Temperament issues and dismissive as well. Terrible plumbing and electrical work. Takes customer for granted. Sweet talk until he gets contract and don't work after payment. Blames everything on material and the customer. Please don't hire him. Thinks and talks too high of his work. Poor quality and carelessness. I would give him zero stars.

Samuel Tapia is Overpriced, not worth it - he and his guy do a poor job.Had major leaks and plumbing issues within 1 year of his . It is costing us more to fix his mess. Paints and stucco are peeling as well. Incomplete work and makes up excuses. Agreed to do certain things before being hired and then started making excuses.. Too much money was spent on this guy and we really regret wasting our money on him. Will never hire him again nor recommend him to anyone.
