In January of 2008, husband and wife team, Shane and Christy Allman opened Allman Company, Realtors® with an office located on Recreational Road 255 just east of the dam on Sam Rayburn Reservoir. Shane, the Broker, and Christy his only agent at the time, worked to establish a company built with a foundation of their Christian beliefs to hold a higher standard for integrity and ethics in the real estate business as well as providing a true “service” for their clientele. Hoping to put their innovative ideas and complementary skills to work for their clients they embarked on a new chapter in their lives with their then toddlers, Samantha and Cami, in tow. Today, Allman Company has grown to 12 sales associates in four offices – two located on each end of Sam Rayburn Reservoir and one in Hemphill serving nearby Toledo Bend Reservoir. Located on the Southern end of Rayburn, only a couple of miles east of the dam, this was the maiden office of Allman Company with a focus on properties on the southern end of Lake Sam Rayburn including Rayburn Country and Forest Hills all the way to the south of Jasper County and part of Newton County. Additionally this office services properties that run into the western portion of the lake in the Westwood, Concord Hills, Concord Ridge and Plum Ridge communities
