If you value your belongings, don't use this company. First they came to my house completely unprepared. No covers or blankets or anything to protect the couch they were hired to move. We gave them fair warning that the couch was very heavy and awkward, but they laughed in our faces. They picked up the couch and didn't realize they would have to take it apart until it was stuck in the middle of the stairwell. This was after they damaged the wall, the wooden stairs, and the front door. They finally got the couch outside to the garage but it took them well over 45 minutes to put it back together. When they finally got it together, that was when we saw the HUGE dent on the side of the couch. They literally broke it to the point where it was floppy. There was also several rips and tears to the lining of the back that wasn't there before! They made my couch worthless! So I asked the mover what they were going to do about the damage and the owner / "president" David Conner gave me his card - said they would submit the damage to the insurance company and we would get reimbursed for it. Fast forward two weeks later we haven't heard from anyone. And now well over a month later David is ignoring my phone calls and voicemails. So I called from a different number and he answered immediately. He said his insurance company was with Century 21. He of course didn't have their number or name...just their email - which he gave me. It was a fake email! Horrible experience!
