It was one of those unexpected moments – I’d just stepped out of my apartment to pick up the newspaper and milk when a gust of wind slammed the door shut. Standing in my PJs, I felt utterly embarrassed. I didn’t even have my phone with me to call for help. Thankfully, Jess, my neighbor, checked in on me and called up Safe & Key Store. Barely ten minutes had passed, David had arrived and worked his locksmithing magic on my lock – and it opened a few seconds later. He was kind enough to alter the lock so it didn’t happen again. Great service! And the best part was the prices – it cost me next to nothing. Safe & Key Store was super easy to work with. They replied to my inquiry in minutes, showed up ahead of schedule, had everything he needed on him, and did a great, quick job. On top of that, he was friendly and easy to work with. And his prices were good, and firm. No add-ons. No upsells. After stupidly locking myself out of our bedroom, I called around and Safe & Key Store was the most reasonably priced ($99.00) and available to come out within 20 min. He was able to unlock the door easily with a contraption I wish I owned. Offered to create a new key for the lock although I passed. Going to change the handle out for one that doesn't lock instead.
