I’d been away on a long vacation and when I came back home, there was a terrible sight awaiting me. The locks to my front door were broken, and whoever had broken into the property did away with most of the electronic goods. Thankfully, I hadn’t lost much, but the experience left me shaken nevertheless. After dealing with the authorities, the first thing I needed was – a locksmith. I’d moved into Independence only recently and didn’t know any reliable locksmith. My neighbor suggested Lock & Key Shop and I must say, I’m very impressed with these guys. Fantastic experience with Lock & Key Shop. They were very flexible with our schedules, and once the locksmith arrived he was knowledgable, highly skilled, and very pleasant to be around. Also, he worked very quickly, and our locks were changed within probably 20 minutes, and he went out of his way to explain the services that were being provided. They almost make me want to lock myself out of my house more often just so I can deal with them more often!

I’m completely in awe of Lock & Key Shop! When I needed a locksmith to fix the door lock, there weren’t many willing to take up the job - maybe because it paid less, and they had better, more lucrative jobs to take up. However, when I called 816-227-1010, the dispatcher agreed to send out a person to my place right away. I admire the fact that they don’t consider any job beneath them, and are always ready to help customers in need. Great locksmith Company. I called them on a weekend to come out to my house to change a cylinder and install a top lock. Jacob arrived when he said he would, but because of my building's rules he wasn't able to complete the top lock installation. Moving into a new apartment always seems to be such a feat, but Lock & Key Shop made it more than simple. Tech arrived ahead of schedule and with everything I needed. He told me what I needed and the best locks and price for the job. I am a naive girl and he didn't over charge me when he totally could have.
