Whether you’re enjoying a quiet evening or celebrating special times, Great Shoals unique hard ciders and sparkling wines have a place in your glass. Our hand crafted wines will mark any occasion with thier crisp taste and tiny bubbles. We use apples, pears, peaches, grapes, and other fruits from local and regional sources to create dry sparkling wines using the traditional méthode champenoise.
