Ten on Ten! Excellent service from Neighborhood Locksmith Store! The job took less time than I had anticipated and the prices were lower than what most firms in Mesquite, TX 75181 charged. Besides, there were no extra charges despite calling them after 11 pm, which made the deal a lot sweeter. I would highly recommend Neighborhood Locksmith Store to anyone looking for quality as well as affordability.

A lot of people had access to my keys and I had to rekey the locks frequently. A technician from a local store suggested that I buy a DIY rekeyable lock to save money – and it was the biggest mistake I made. My house was broken into soon thereafter and I lost a lot of valuables. I hired Neighborhood Locksmith Store to consult. According to Joe, such rekeyable locks don’t stand a chance against burglars. His suggestion: get a keypad lock, and share the code with those you need to provide access to. Wish I had hired them earlier and received this excellent advice! Never hire unknown firms and never trust your security to them! Always opt for professional firms like Neighborhood Locksmith Store that have vast experience in the trade. Thanks for the wonderful work guys… highly recommend to all in Mesquite!!

Moving into a new apartment always seems to be such a feat, but Neighborhood Locksmith Store made it more than simple. Tech arrived ahead of schedule and with everything I needed. He told me what I needed and the best locks and price for the job. I am a naive girl and he didn't over charge me when he totally could have. He needed to come back the next day and finish the job and he refused to let me pay him till it was a 100%. I will recommend him to anyone who gets locked out, needs new locks, or is just looking to hear some crazy stories. Thank you!!
