I called Town Center Locksmith Shop up around 6 am in the morning, as the staff was locked out of my office. I explained my situation to the dispatcher who listened intently and promised to send someone over right away. I received a call some ten minutes later from their locksmith apologizing for the delay and asking me to wait five minutes longer. Sure enough, he got there within five minutes and took a few more minutes to unlock the door. Seriously impressed with their fast service! Moving into a new apartment always seems to be such a feat, but Town Center Locksmith Shop made it more than simple. Tech arrived ahead of schedule and with everything I needed. He told me what I needed and the best locks and price for the job. I am a naive girl and he didn't over charge me when he totally could have. He needed to come back the next day and finish the job and he refused to let me pay him till it was a 100%. I will recommend him to anyone who gets locked out, needs new locks, or is just looking to hear some crazy stories. Thank you!!

I lockout of my house Town Center Locksmith Shop was there on time and was able to open the door in about ten minutes without having to use a drill. His fee was the flat rate of $79 as quoted on the phone. Given the prompt and professional service, I was impressed and will likely use them again to fix a deadbolt lock that needs to be remounted.
