Things have been rough on the monetary front ever since we moved into a new home! It was a nice place, but the excessive expenditure wasn’t so nice after all! I needed my locks changed, but John from Galaxy Locksmith Store believed otherwise after he’d taken a look at the locks. They were quite new and he believed rekeying them will do the trick AND help me save a substantial amount. I agreed, of course and within an hour he was done with the job. John could have easily replaced the locks like I’d asked, for the quoted price, but he chose to look beyond making some money and helped me out when I was in a real cash crunch!!! Okay, I joined Online tonight just to leave this review. The dispatcher and David the locksmith were both awesome, really helpful and nice. It took about 20 minutes for him to arrive, and he explained each method he tried, and some information about my type of lock. The last time I had to have a lock opened, the guy took one look at my door (same one) and told me it had to be drilled, then charged $200 to do it. I was left with the replacement bill from my landlord, too. I told the Galaxy Locksmith Store folks about this, and they confirmed it's a common scam. They'll offer a low price, then drill and charge a ton. Thanks to David and Galaxy Locksmith Store !!!

I just literally moved into my new apartment, and I locked myself out. Snowy, yucky day... I called Galaxy Locksmith Store Avi came out and undid my lock in like ten minutes.

Galaxy Locksmith Store did a fantastic job in re-keying my locks. There was a mix-up in dispatch regarding my address so it took two hours longer to get there than they were supposed to. But the friendliness and quality of work was great and the price was a fraction of the price of Baldinos. I Highly recommend Galaxy Locksmith Store !

Having locked myself out of my place on an icy cold night, I was ecstatic to hear that they could come rescue me in 20 minutes!! John came promptly and had me in in no time. My dogs were happy to see me!!! Apparently, John works with his brother. Very personable, professional and funny! Highly recommend them. Fantastic Locksmith service. We needed to rekey our locks after moving. Apparently hardware stores will do this - if you bring the locks in! It was never made clear to me how that's supposed to work - one guy actually said, "Uh, maybe someone stands by the door at home." So anyway, I asked one store if they could refer a company who does onsite service. They did, and I got a quote for about $350. Galaxy Locksmith Store - who I found on here - was able to do it for half that. They were helpful, patient, and clear. Paul was the guy I arranged things with, and James actually did the work that day. It was simple, easy, quick, and affordable.

No reasons to complain at all. I give them a 10/10. Why? First, they agreed to come even without a prior appointment. Second, they got the job completed within an hour, when normally it would take atleast three.
