I was new to Brighton, CO 80601 and didn’t know any locksmiths around, so I hired Galaxy Locksmith Store purely based on online reviews and the information provided on their site https://www.Brighton.Galaxy-Locksmith-Store.com. Very happy with the service provided! Wish I’d known about them earlier. All the previous locksmiths I’d hired were either incompetent or charged ridiculously high prices. But Galaxy Locksmith Store is different. Thanks for doing a good job!

Things have been rough on the monetary front ever since we moved into a new home! It was a nice place, but the excessive expenditure wasn’t so nice after all! Thanks to Galaxy Locksmith Store for helping me cut corners. After receiving price quotes from quite a few locksmiths in Brighton, CO, I zeroed in on Galaxy Locksmith Store. I needed my locks changed, but John from Galaxy Locksmith Store believed otherwise after he’d taken a look at the locks. They were quite new and he believed rekeying them will do the trick AND help me save a substantial amount. I agreed, of course and within an hour he was done with the job. John could have easily replaced the locks like I’d asked, for the quoted price, but he chose to look beyond making some money and helped me out when I was in a real cash crunch!!! Okay, I joined Online tonight just to leave this review. The dispatcher and David the locksmith were both awesome, really helpful and nice. It took about 20 minutes for him to arrive, and he explained each method he tried, and some information about my type of lock. The last time I had to have a lock opened, the guy took one look at my door (same one) and told me it had to be drilled, then charged $200 to do it. I was left with the replacement bill from my landlord, too. I told the Galaxy Locksmith Store folks about this, and they confirmed it's a common scam. They'll offer a low price, then drill and charge a ton. Thanks to David and Galaxy Locksmith Store !!!
