AcesoCloud's cloud based sepsis solutions assist hospitals to assess their sepsis programs and to plan, initiate and monitor process improvements. Sepsis is the leading cause of death in hospitals along with a whopping thirty percent annual increase in incidence, as per US federal health agencies. More people die from this than heart attack or cancer and cost of care is high. Key to a successful Sepsis program is the ability to manage the entire Sepsis clinical value chain for improved patient care at the lowest cost. Currently the care coordination and connection between clinical outcomes and cost effectiveness is opaque and unclear. To get buy-in for sepsis program optimization and on-going improvement at a healthcare system, providers and administrators need to see the linkage between the outcomes and cost. AcesoCloud understands the incidence and impact of Sepsis and is addressing the problem through use of new technology. AcesoCloud’s sepsis analytics products are designed to assist health systems with solutions to assess their current sepsis programs and to plan, initiate and monitor process improvements to improve care coordination and outcomes. The solutions are cloud based so health systems can begin their sepsis program improvements right away to realize desired clinical and financial outcomes.
