The nicest locksmith I ever came across. Believe it or not, I called nearly 5 firms before finally coming across Lock & Locksmith Services. It was a small, nevertheless, a highly important job that I needed done. I was leaving on a 2-week vacation and my mailbox would be left unprotected during that duration. I didn’t want that and needed someone to install a lock on it. Despite their jam-packed schedule, they managed to send a technician to my location within half an hour after I’d called them on 440-226-5073. Super fast, super efficient and highly reliable, if you live in Willoughby, OH 44094, then do call them!

I called Lock & Locksmith Services based on the reviews as well and they were great. The service was fast and the locksmith even gave me a small discount because I had multiple locks to change.

Jefrry was incredible. I've never come across such a kind-hearted stranger before... As luck would have it, I got locked out of my apartment the day I moved in, which happened to coincide with the weekend that Jeffry went out of town AND his back-ups called in sick, so there was no one from Lock & Locksmith Services to help me out. I could sense that Jeffry was truly sorry that this was happening, and then referred me to another company and told me exactly what to say. When it turned out they were closed, he told me to let him know when I found someone, and again when I was in my apartment. The guy that did end up showing up at my house immediately wanted to drill, but thanks to Jefrry I knew what to say to avoid that and another $350+ out of my pocket. When I called to let him know that I was in my apartment and told him what happened, I heard his girlfriend in the background exclaim her happiness over that - that's how nice they are! Just in case this happens again, I've saved his number - I WILL be referring him out to others as well! And may I add - thank goodness for the iPhone and Online app! Lock & Locksmith Services the best in Town. Thanks Guys!
