We were leaving on a vacation for about a month. I’ve heard all about criminals targeting temporarily abandoned houses, like ours would be for that one month. We had jewelry and cash stashed up in the house and didn’t want to incur a heavy loss. That’s when I called State Locksmith Services on 818-491-5045 to ask for recommendations. The dispatcher listened intently, suggested that I get a strong safe installed and told me that he’ll send someone over at a convenient time. I fixed an appointment that very day. Ed was very knowledgeable and he took the time to make sure I understood the features and the security level on offer. Got a great safe installed at a bargain price! When I first scheduled to have my lock replaced, no one came to my apt. I thought I was receiving second class treatment because I had a Groupon, but it turned out that the guy had an accident earlier that day. I spoke with Jerry and he said he would personally come to complete the job. He was really nice. My security guards were giving us a hard time and he kept a good humor about the whole situation. He also upgraded my lock because of the issue with the first the appointment which I really appreciated. Todd was sweet, professional and prompt. I would recommend him to all my friends. LOVE State Locksmith Services ! Our bottom lock - that had been installed less than a year ago by another guy - had been sticking for months now and I figured we should get that fixed. Spotted a Living Social deal and snapped it up quick. Very easy to schedule, though they seem busy! When Edwardo arrived he was very efficient and professional. Was able to explain what was going on and what went wrong. (The previous locksmith had given us an old gnarly lock!) Replaced it, charged what was on the website, and he was off! Great to work with - we'll definitely be using him for future locksmithing!
