I wouldn't even award 1 star. The guys who run the business (Scott, Hunter and Billy) are very unprofessional and have ruined my $10,000 sofa. They came to "clean" it and left it a complete streaky, bleached and blotchy, dirty (dirty water rings everywhere) mess and it has been more than a month and they keep making excuses to why they cannot show up to their appointments. Their excuses have been that the owner was an alcoholic and drove the company into the ground and they are trying to keep up, and they arrive outside their appointment windows - once before the time we scheduled and now they say they cannot trust I will be home to meet for our appointments based on their timing!??? So each time we have scheduled an appointment for them to come and fix the couch, they call me 1.5hrs before the appointment time (and I have told them I have meetings and cannot be available before my appointment times) - because they call once and cannot reach me, they do not show up and their excuse is because they doo not want to "drive all this way in vain"!??? What kind of company is that? I schedule and have made clear I cannot be contacted before the appointment, but confirm in the morning and they still do not show up using the same excuse over and over. They have also treated me very poorly on the phone making it seem as this is MY fault and are not taking any responsibility telling me THEY will give ME one more chance!!!
