We've used U-Pull-It in the past and were very happy with their service. Not sure what has happened with their personnel... The woman answering the phone was exceptionally rude, and we never did hear back from whomever she was supposedly giving our messages. It took 48 hours to get a call back from anyone. By then, we'd already given up and gone another direction. It's a shame--I would've recommended them this past summer. However, after being treated so discourteously this weekend, I'd recommend you save yourself the headache and frustration and try an alternative option.
