As a property owner I signed up with this company back in October 2018. Now after four years now and having to throw a tenant out, Real Property Management Diversified didn't even once conduct an inspection on my property. I am now faced with at least $4,000 in clean up and repairs! I wouldn't advise using this company to maintain your property. It is real sad that I am serving my country and this company only collected the rent from my tenant, took their percentage, but didn't properly take care of my property! Won't even recommend them ever! Don't waste your time or money with this company!
