Personalized Nutrition Services for Women and Families. I help you make lifestyle changes that fit for you. Knowing what’s healthy to eat these days can be challenging - to say the least! With so much misinformation, contradictory studies, and fad diets, how does anyone know what to do or believe? I’m Jill West, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and for more than 20 years I’ve been helping women and families separate nutrition facts from fiction so they can make lasting changes in their health. By providing personalized nutrition guidance, I take the guesswork out of nutrition, healthy eating, and managing weight, hormones, diabetes and other health challenges by providing practical, science-based suggestions that result in lasting change. I also work with busy moms who struggle with the varying nutrition needs of their family, helping them remove the stress and chaos of food preparation and meal planning. I offer simple, practical solutions that help moms feel good about the job their doing and help families be happier and healthier together.
