We are a local Columbia IICRC certified Carpet and Upholstery cleaning business that uses the most modern and state of the art equipment and chemicals Are all carpet cleaners created equal? The simple answer is No. Below are some of the things that set Rite Way Services apart from others in this business. * All of our technicians are fully trained and certified by the IICRC in all areas of work that they perform. * We use the most powerful truck mounted steam cleaning equipment built. This means better soil removal and faster drying time than most. * All of our work is 100% guaranteed. * All of our technicians wear uniforms & ID badges and all of our vehicles are very well identified. * All employees pass a drug screening every 3 months and pass a rigorous background screening. * All employees are trained in customer service to give you the most pleasant experience possible. We know you are putting a lot of trust into us by letting us in your home and we want to show the same respect back. * Although the carpets may be a little damp when we leave they are generally dry in an hour or so. * The cleaning methods we use are the ones that the manufactures of your carpet require and allow your warranty to remain intact. * All of our technicians are trained in fiber identification so there are no mishaps with using the wrong cleaning agents. * We never use the bait and switch method. We perform all carpet cleaning the same way with the same 12 step process. We will not walk in and say this carpet is dirtier than you said and charge more. We do all of the vacuuming and pre spray all carpets at no additional cost. No additional charge for pet stains or odors either. The only additional charge we may have is if you want 3M Scotchgard applied. * With a name like Rite Way Services, how else can we do the job?
