STAY AWAY!! DO NOT do business with Atlantic Commercial Funding - A.K.A. Atlantic Joint Ventures, LLC - Winston Thompson, or John Simpson!! I worked with Winston Thompson - one of the owners - on a mutual deal. He repeatedly missed deadlines (4 times), did not deliver what he promised, failed to meet obligations, did not communicate well, and would disappear for days on end with no communication. Even after agreeing to terms, Winston missed 4 closing dates, then asked for an additional extension AND asked for ME to finance him!! Don't you own a funding company?? At that point, I had to walk away from the deal, as his misrepresentations had already caused damage to my company. STAY AWAY! Low brow "funding company" (though they looked to me for a loan??) that has only been in business for under a year. I don't expect they will stay in business long, unless their fundamental mode of operation changes. Steer clear of Winston Thompson, John Simpson and Atlantic Commercial Funding!
