No official statement regarding refunds for Hope and Glory ? Just a computer generated email asking us to contact the organisers ! Got your money and now not interested then ! Bad service people !

Bad professional service by #ticketro. The tickets were very poor although the print was a little small to read in places. Would recommend and use again.
I am very demotivated from your service please update the ticket return policy so if any time the ticket print is bad in color or ticket is not readable so it can be changed or money is refunded,

I had the feel very bad of going to one of the recent parties organised by Ticketro company and it was one of the worst company I had been to in years,they giving fake tickets offering to the people for their work and the results show, i gave 1 star
