I moved into a new place and the first thing I wanted to do before moving the boxes in was – to change my locks. The property was around ten years old, and I didn’t want to risk my security just to save a few bucks. I was new to Richmond, CA and resorted to asking my neighbor for suggestions on a good locksmith. I was put through to City Locksmith Services. Gary got there in ten minutes, and after a quick look at my locks, he said that the locks were fairly new, in good condition, and could be put to use for a few more years. He suggested that I rekey the locks instead. Well, he could have made quick money by changing the locks, but he didn’t. That’s a level of integrity I’ve never observed in any locksmith I’ve hired previously. I even redeemed a special discount coupon I found on their site https://www.Richmond.City-Locksmith-Services.com. Yes, on an already low bill, I got a further reduction. Could I ask for anything more? Highly recommend! FIVE STARS for extraordinary customer service!!!

Thank you, Jason! After months of no results for my coop management office fixing my faulty street-level front door lock, I called City Locksmith Services. Jason asked quiet, specific questions including asking for photos, then asked if I could wait two days so he could send a problem solver. End of questions, City Locksmith Services had expert solutions. Jason, unhurried, figured out the problem, explained it, resolved it even though it wasn't easy.

Here’s what I think of them: Service : 5/5: They were quick, professional and good at their job. Pricing: 5/5: Rates were lower than most companies. Also, they didn’t charge me extra for arriving at my doorstep at 11pm. Response: 5/5: Can’t get any better than this. They were quick to respond to my queries over phone and sent a technician in less than fifteen minutes. My verdict? They’re simply the BEST in Richmond, CA 94805. I was blown over by their amazing service. Give it a try for yourself.
