Great service. Would recommend their service to anyone. Couple reason 1) They waive off the late night fee because they were close to our location in Des Plaines, IL. 2) The lock wasn't actually damage but the door handle mechanism which was more than double of what I had anticipated or wanted to pay for a rental apt. Tod is awesome! I called at the last minute to redeem my Groupon and could not get an appointment in time... but then they extended the Groupon for a few days to let me get my appointment in. I had the top deadbolt changed and it was a simple, quick process. Tod called on his way to let me know where he was. He even tried to fix my broken doorknob for me that my super has been ignoring. Amber Locksmith Store are amazing!!!!! Locked my keys in my apartment and was afraid I was going to have to pay an arm and a leg to get inside. Quick and great Locksmith Service. Price is the best in the area! I called and he came within 10-15 (probably depends on the area though) and literally opened my front door in a minute! I called Amber Locksmith Store today to have some locks re-keyed. I'm glad I called. They had someone close by named Allen who was great. He showed up at the time I requested with only about 2 hour notice.He was able to re-key all seven locks in about 40 minutes. All for $100 with the 2 keys.
