Run away from their offers and business consultants as fast as possible. They will constantly call you to sign up with them to lock you in to a 4 year contract to continue paying them even though you return the outdated equipment and pay their early termination fee. The company reached out to try and regain my business after closing the account. The customer service manager stated that SBGA did send a reimbursement check to sign on with them but I needed to return the check because I cancelled the account after 1 year; although I informed them upon sign up that my business was closing in 1 year (which was supposed to offset the cost of the early termination fee). Also, the customer service manager stated that the salesperson doesn't have to tell you that you are signing a lease with a 3rd party financing company (that you never know exists until you try to cancel) for the equipment SBGA sends you. He also stated they never have to mention you will have to continue paying the lease even if you terminate services with SBGA; even though SBGA issued you the contract, shipped the equipment, and installed it. He claimed they confirm during installation that you will have to pay the non-cancellable lease for 48 months briefly before they install the equipment. This company won't take any accountability for the salespeople who recruit your company and send you the contract. They bind you to a lease for a 3rd party company and then don't want to speak with you anymore, and if your lease equipment malfunctions, they won't repair or replace it. This is a horrible company to do business with and they prey on small businesses with cost savings, but you lose more money doing business with them. Poor customer service and experience all around. Wish I could give 0 stars.
