Poor, Poor, Customer Service. Not Professional!!!! I called and left a voicemail for an appointment for a piano tuning. Mike texted back a few days later rather late, asking if I still need a tune. Duh! that's why I left a voicemail. I was patient anyways and asked him to text me some times when he would be available to tune. (Although I think calling me would have been more professional since that's how I contacted him first and that's just what you do in business, you CALL people to gain a clear understanding of what they want/need.) Well, I never heard from him for any appointment times so I set up service with another company. If you're too busy to call back or whatever the reason, at least let your customers know. I will never recommend Mike to anyone. Kind of sad my experience was negative before I even met the guy.
