Lawn envy owned by Chris Steigle took almost $20,000.00 to Install sod and rework irrigation with a one year guarantee. Including replacing sod that did not make it through the winter. I have spoken to Chris trying to get him to honor his guarantee. He not only does not respond any more but he won’t even answer text or calls. His guarantee means nothing. During the sod and irrigation work last summer he went weeks past promised finish date. He claimed he had so much work he was trying to get it all done instead of finishing what he was already committed to. If you hire him you too might find he isn’t reliable.
