BUYER BEWARE!!! If I could give them a "0" I would! This is my 1st review and I'm astounded by there terrible customer service! I bought a $900 Whirlpool French Door refridgerator from them around Oct 2015. I had Craig out there 6 times to fix the same problem (which is still not fixed). It worked a probably a total of 2 months combined between the repairs in an 8 month period. Ended up spending over $900+ in parts/labor to get it fixed. Was told I needed another $350 to fix it but that it wouldn't fix the not cooling problem (which is what a fridge is for)! He told me "to throw in the towel and buy a new one". So I asked if they'd buy it back or offer a discount and Craig told me no he's "done with me". If you want an appliance that works DON'T GO HERE!!! And don't expect them to honor their "30 day warrantee"!
