Cliff is the owner. I feel swindled. The previous own of the home we purchased used his service and a neighbor also uses ALPHA COMPANY LAWN RANGERS in Fort Mill, SC. His mowing job is fine. The issue is that he had US sign a one year contract that " automatically " renews if we don't give him a 30 or 60 day notice when neither of the others were asked to sign a contract. Our yard is only a 3rd of an acre with a good part is just wooded and a good size ranch home taking up most of the space on the lot and no side walk. He was charging us $264 a month! It states he will only come from April 1st to October 31 but we still have to pay the same fee for the 5 months he doesn't come. He cuts NO BUSHES unless we pay extra. No mulch either. We canceled the contract which required a 60 day notice AND 10% additional fee of the total of the yearly contract! We are very glad we made the decision to terminate his services. My husband should have read the small print before he signed the contract. Oh, he also wanted the payment at the beginning of each month before he did the job and wanted the checks made out to him personally. When I questioned him, he said because ALPHA COMPANY LAWN RANGERS was "EASIER" to spell than his name. I don't recommend him at all. Shifty.
