I was looking to install and update my toshiba machine. It was having windows xp which i wanted to upgrade to windows 7 and was screwed by searching all over the web, all in vain. A friend of mine gave me there call number. As i called them, after the initial discussion they told me every thing about my laptop only by knowing its make. Also the support person guided me to make a windows 7 download, install and configuration all on the call. I think could easily afford $149 one time charge for saving me from all the hassle and stirring my head. My machine is working fine and i didn't have to call to anyone else after that. And now i do know whom to call and rely upon in case of any problem with my pc. I am recommending sunrise to all of my family and friends and would continue to do so. Good job guys. Keep it up.
