I brought my laptop into Chris becuse I had some malware that I couldn't remove. On a lark I brought in an old external drive that other IT specialists could not extract information from. Chris said he would work on it but wouldn't charge me if he couldn't get anything from the Hard Drive. The laptop came back better than new... like a new computer even though it is 4 years old -and he recovered hundreds of precious family pictures from my hard drive I would have never been able to replace - Chris is knowledgable friendly and prompt. - I trust him with my most private documents - and so happy to have him in somers!
